Established in 1980, Weaver Development Co., Inc. develops residential neighborhoods and Weaver Homes, Inc. builds new homes in those developments as well as other communities in eastern North Carolina. Weaver Homes, Inc. is actually "two builders in one." It builds a wide range of quality production (or) spec-built homes for first-time and move-up buyers along with custom designed homes built to the owners specifications. The company's primary goal has always been to deliver value and quality at a reasonable price. WDC, Inc. and Weaver Homes are dedicated to developing and building quality neighborhoods that offer excellent value to the home buyer. Our team has more than 200 years of combined experience in all phases of the building business. This knowledge is responsible for the growth of our company and our growing list of satisfied customers.
The Weaver Development Team
Tony Weaver, President
 Tony was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina and currently resides in
Harnett County, North Carolina. Tony attended Appalachian State University and has been a licensed General Contractor since 1988 with unlimited qualification in both residential and commercial construction. He also attained his North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license in 1987. Tony’s “hands on” knowledge and experience with building and real estate sales allows him to establish quality standards for construction projects and communicate those requirements to our clients and customers.
When schedules permit, Tony enjoys several outdoor activities including golf, fishing, hunting and riding his Harley.
Anne Weaver, New Home Coordinator, Interior Design
 Anne was born in Newport News, VA and grew up in Princeton, NC. She currently resides in Cumberland County. Anne came to Weaver Development Co, Inc. with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology and a Minor in Psychology from Methodist College. She also brought several years of Real Estate Sales experience to the team. Her special talent is a vision for style and color that enhances her ability to help clients and customers explore their unique tastes and desires in areas of exterior and interior design. She has been with Weaver Development Co., Inc. for 13 years and looks forward to assisting you with all of your design questions and ideas. Anne’s favorite ways to spend her “free” time is gourmet cooking, reading and time at the beach.
Dan Hall, Project Manager
 Dan was born in Barrington, Rhode Island and now resides in Hoke County,
North Carolina. He served in the US Army at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. After leaving the military, Dan went into the building business doing all phases of remodeling and commercial build-out for 10 years. That’s how he met Weaver and the rest is history. He has been with Weaver Development Co., for 20 years. Dan obviously enjoys the building business, but more than that he knows that customer satisfaction is our primary goal and Dan makes every effort to achieve that “job well done” stamp of approval.
Dan’s personal time is usually spent with his family and Church activities, but he enjoys occasionally sneaking away for a little fishing or hunting.
